They made the entire process extremely easy by explaining every detail and coordinating everything with my insurance company. With very little notice, Brandon Hankins even gave up part of his weekend to meet my insurance adjuster when requested. Throughout the entire process, Eric constantly communicated and kept me very well informed; and the hard-working crew did a great job on my roof.
